General conditions for reservations and cancellations

Reservations are only accepted in writing via the e-mail address provided on the hotel's website.
In the form specified for this purpose, must be filled in correctly, the reservation period, number of adults and number of children, names of guests, telephone and e-mail for feedback.
Confirmation of the request is sent in writing to the e-mail specified in the reservation form.
Within three calendar days after receipt of the confirmation, the value must be paid in advance: for a stay of one to three nights inclusive - the value of one night, for a stay of four to seven nights inclusive - the value of two nights, for a stay of eight to fourteen nights inclusive - the value of three nights according to the announced price list or special offer and according to the conditions of the reservation.
The reservation is considered to be finally confirmed after an advance payment, according to the conditions stated above.
If canceled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. All bank fees are at the expense of the client.
If the reservation is canceled after the above deadline or if the tourist does not show up at the hotel, the amount of the advance payment for the reservation will not be refunded.
Upon leaving the hotel before the originally announced date, the amount of the advance payment for the reservation is not refundable.
